Inquiries: will be handled within a maximum of 10 business days; if not possible, the data subject will be informed and it will be resolved within a maximum of 5 additional business days.
Claims: if the request is incomplete, correction will be requested within 5 business days. Once complete, it will be resolved within a maximum of 15 business days; if not possible, it will be extended by up to 8 additional business days.
8. Data processors and transfers
Divina Granola may share personal data with third-party data processors, such as:
- Wompi payment gateway (payment processing).
- Logistics and courier operators.
- Hosting, storage and email/SMS service providers.
In the event of international transfers, compliance with current regulations and the necessary contractual safeguards will be guaranteed.
